Squaring of a number ending with 5 in less than five seconds

In this maths trick, you will learn how to square a two-digit number ending with 5.
Suppose you want to find the square of 45.
It's super easy!. Multiply the first digit on the left by the next higher digit and put 25 in the end.
(45) ² =?
Step 1. Multiply the ten's digit by the next-higher digit (i.e. in case of 4 it is 4+1=5) 4 x 5 = 20. This is the first part of the answer.
Step 2. Write down 25 in the next part.
So the answer is 2025.
Now let's try another number
(65) ² =?
Step 1. Multiply the ten's digit by the next-higher digit (i.e. in case of 6 it is 6+1=7) 6 x 7 = 42. This is the first part of the answer.
Step 2. Write down 25 in the next part.
So (65) ² = 4225.

Now try squaring —– 25, 35, 55, 75, 85, 95.
